Here's what Tech Investor had to say about Oracle results:

"Without the currency problems, revenue for the second quarter, which was up 23 percent compared to the $1.3 billion in the same quarter a year ago, would have been up 29 percent, said Henley.

Currency woes nearly wiped out sales for Oracle in Asia. The company said Asia Pacific revenue would have been up 15 percent in local currency, but exchange rates lopped off 14 percent of that gain. In U.S. dollars, sales were up 1 percent."

This says it's really just a currency problem, which is entirely understandable. It doesn't indicate that there's a major economic slowdown over there. But I'm sure the bears will try to shove that interpretation down our throats again.

But if this currency effect is that significantly negative for US companies selling over there, imagine how positive it should be for CREAF, which sells most of its Asian made products over here.
