Vecima (VCM.To) reported $0.12, 4th Qtr. earnings/shr

And it's still selling at about $5. The outlook for another dividend looks good because:"Through our healthy free cash flow, ongoing monetization of non-core assets, and collection of income tax receivables, we expect to drive our cash balance to greater than $50 million by the end of calendar year 2013," indicated Sumit Kumar, President and CEO."

That's over $2/shr that will be available for return to shareholders. Last year, with similar disposable cash, the company returned a $1/shr special dividend.
