The question is, compared to what? Compared to the Arkansas stores Dave probably frequents, probably not. Compared to most similar large stores here in SLC, yes. But, it may be just the people you see there. For some reason, people feel comfortable going to WalMart in conditions and clothes they'd NEVER go to a mall in. You should at least go IN one Ted.
