MOAB is not a true insider -- they were just a 10% owner. The new business buyer doesn't seem all that smart either. He just says he trusts Carl Icahn to make a good investment even though he has plenty of time to do so and done nothing. Net-net, neither party seems all that knowledgeable. I view this as a non-event. MC
