My understanding is that an auditing rule requires so much in the bank. The run up was a fund buying in, I believe. The timing was about as bad as bad could be but a coincidence. No one in the company would have set themselves up to look bad. But for all the selling, there was someone buying it up and gladly so. What you guys don't seem to see is that your being frightened out of your positions by Wall Street. The use of a sell off to cause panic selling when perceived unwelcome news comes out is an old trick. NTTG can dance his jig for now because for the time being he is in the right place at the right time to look good.
