RE pc. If you are running windows 7, and have Microsoft Essentials (I think you do, see tray icons, green house thing with flag on top) ON, and you have completed updates and a full scan, you are almost most likely in the clear. The Microsoft Essentials icon turns red if these things are not done. Check you have done a recent complete scan though... not just a partial one. microsoft.com so in that case, no need to worry about your iphone...
