You know as well as I do that the merger is conditioned upon RECEIVING that money, which hasn't happened. There has been no word from the company confirming that the money actually came in.
In fact, the posters on the RMIL thread have been told, ostensibly by the company, that the money hasn't come in.
Therefore, you cannot claim anything, at the moment.
Remember, the money was only "literally minutes" away a month ago. supposed to be by the end of November, last Friday, sometime this week, etc, etc, etc.
Are you saying they have the cash in hand?
