The jerkoff in the WH has said he won't negotiate.

Over the ACA? Why should he? He did win an election, and not by a small margin. Over raising the debt ceiling? No. And he shouldn't. Playing games with the debt ceiling is a dumb thing to do. Last time, we got our bonds downgraded because they were afraid that Congress could not be trusted to behave rationally. Looks like they were right. If our bonds were downgraded because there was a chance we wouldn't raise the debt ceiling, what do you think will happen if that actually occurs?

Besides, you don't negotiate with terrorists.
