Shane, I read the article posted by Richard:

webweek.com

"Also at Internet World, Oracle will show off a beta version of its as-yet-unnamed Java integrated development environment (IDE), which Oracle has promised to deliver by the end of March. The company will sign up additional testers for the product at Internet World.

The Oracle Java IDE is based on the core visual development and Java debugging capabilities of Borland International Inc.'s JBuilder, under a license agreement that requires Borland to provide Oracle with access to the JBuilder code base through at least the 2.x versions of the product, said Steve Illingworth, product marketing manager for Oracle's tools division. What Oracle has added to the JBuilder features are capabilities specific to its own Network Computing Architecture (NCA) system for developing multi-tier applications"
