Apparently the SHORT position began in October, 1998, when WEXLER issued this recommendation (seen in the post I'm responding to. He says he is shorting at $8.00 a share in October 1998. The stock didn't hit $8.00 until December 1998. From December 1998 the stock did not go below $8.00 except for March and April 1999 until July 2002. That's almost FOUR YEARS of being underwater on his huge short position. I first sent him a polite message in 1998 informing him that his information was incorrect. It was at that time I read the Yahoo REFR board and was immediately attack on both Silicon Investors and Yahoo by some of the same names that are here today.

THEY NEVER MADE A PROFIT!!!!!! And now they never will.

Adios Manuel and all your flunkies. KJpod's post tried to make it appear the Wexler didn't short REFR until June 2001. Why would kjpod need to lie about this? Does he really care when Wexler shorted unless.....

and Pocci.....said on this board he made a $5,000 short purchase and made money. He posted that over a decade ago and STILL posts on this board???????

I could care less if there is a short squeeze or if the chart looks good or bad. But the CHART is the ONLY thing that short sellers can try and get people to look at. They can short shares, hit the stock at the close, walk it down a dime or two. But they CAN'T cover!!!
