LOL, I don't see Yellen as too bearish. Zimbabwe-bearish, that maybe. The money the Fed added to M0 will never be withdrawn. I wonder if they have to re-adjust the balance sheet, at some point there should be "currency in circulation" or something of that nature added as a liability to the Fed balance sheet.
