Texas T Resources Inc TXT Shares issued 6,667,520 Dec 5 close $0.20 Mon 8 Dec 97 The company has cancelled 105,000 director stock options effective December 8 1997. The company has granted 250,000 director and employee stock options at $0.25 for two years effective December 8 1997. The company has further renegotiated 488,000 employee and director stock options at $0.25. The company has 738,000 stock options outstanding including this most recent grant.
