This little scenerio is starting to heighten my interest. The auditors couldn't have missed $30 million in excess revenue for 1996 without a little accounting "help". So what we have is at least a half dozen of Silicon Valley's finest worrying about who's going to rat on who.

You've seen it many times on NYPD Blue. Just replace Sipowitz with a nice man from the SEC.

BTW, in case anyone has an interest in filing a complaint with the California state regulators, the audit firm was Deloitte and Touche LLP. Their audit was dated 3/27/97.
