Yeah, right. Reagan had Lebanon and Iran-Contra, and neither he nor Bush I could stop meddling in Latin American countries where they had no business being. Somalia happened under Bush I and Clinton, and Rwanda happened on Clinton's watch.

No, the second Iraq war was not a good move. Half a million people died (at least) and a quarter of the Iraqi populations was displaced. How is that in any sense a success?

Obama was handed a horrible hand as far as foreign policy goes, and he's done OK. We're certainly become less involved as far as men on the ground go, and as I showed earlier, nearly every country in the world is happier with us than they were before he became President. He hasn't been perfect, but those things are better than what came before.

If he had attacked Iran or Syria -- which I actually thought there was a good chance he would, I might think differently. And he still might. I was ready to turn on the guy in a minute, and it could still happen.
