I cannot begin to fathom someone in Congress seriously saying that no one in Congress knows what's in a bill that they are passing into law, and that we will eventually learn what's in the new bill after it becomes law. I cannot fathom that, GZ, yet that is precisely what happened...and Obama signed it into law! This was followed by no public reaction to speak of.
