There and Back Again: Kantar's numbers for Windows Market Share in the US and MSFT Continuing to Bang Its Head against the wall.

Nokia has been pursuing a hero phone strategy with the 900, 920, and now the 928 without much to show for it. It's also launched a few unmemorable models at the mid-tier (8xx, 7xx). The 521 represents it's latest attempt to find a niche and build a base. Gotta give them credit for trying different strategies rather than keep banging their heads against the wall.

Compiled from Kantar's monthly reports over the past year.
