It's never that easy. Shorting a stock the instant bad news hits is a recipe for disaster. If it's that obvious your too late. Not true that this never works. I present INTC as evidence. Earnings announced, next day stock drops 5 pts to 86-87. If you look at the chart, this was a perfect time to short. Didn't take long to see 10 more points to the downside. I think that in any case, a stock will eventually gravitate towards a fair price. In COMS case, I dare to say that this is an apex here at 38, and represents a high valuation that will not last. DK
