Obama doesn't need to negotiate with republicans anymore. He and his senate now have pretty much free rein to do whatever they want because the two most powerful weapons in their arsenal are blatantly biased, lying media, and an ignorant public (at least the lazy majority of that public) that will swallow their swill.

The most despicable, unconstitutional law ever passed in the entire history of America is being supported and pushed down our throats by no other method than extortion: 'You allow this law to stand, as is, or we will shut down the government and have our media shills blame you for it. Your political lives will be on the line, so get in line or drown in the media lies.'
