What's funny is you don't get what the article is actually saying. Yes the young must pay to get health insurance which is considerably more than if they chose not to get health insurance.However, part of the problem with our current health system is that the young have frequently rolled the dice and abstained from health insurance only to get into a car accident or to contract a disease which requires hospitalization and not have the money to pay for it. That has required the rest of who do have insurance to pay their gambling. Its part of the reason why health premium costs have been skyrocketing for years.
