Hi Jurgis/Spekulatius,

Here are a list of regional banks below tangible book that are buying back stock (or at least bought back in the recent past)

ASRV, BOCH, FCBN, GRBS, LOGN, PCLB

This one below is a bit above tangible book (adjusting for preferred stock), but its earnings are improving and the buyback is aggressive

BCBP

I'd be curious to your opinion on these if you get a chance to take a look.
