Scrapps,

If being the key word. I don't believe that to be the case at all. You must also study the post I was replying to in order to understand the context of my statement. So
please don't insinuate I said something I didn't!

Not trying to insinuate anything. The if implies two possible outcomes: either they did or didn't stuff the channel. In the case that they DID stuff the channel, I just disagree with respect to their motivation and - as they say - what they know and when they knew it.

I would be totally mortified if these folks didn't have some ability to choose a good time to sell. However, as you should know they must file with the SEC before they can sell...that information is readily available, SO they didn't sneak it past you or anyone else IMO.

I agree completely. Insiders have been dumping shares for many months and there has been plenty of time to react. That's why I only have a small position in COMS.

If you invest in a stock long term you're risking your money only partly on your skill and ability...BUT largely on management's. Remember that management has long term outlooks...not 3-6 months at a time.

Again I agree. I do believe that COMS is well managed and I think their long term outlook is good. That's is why I hold some shares. However, I'm waiting for some sign of improvement in their business before buying a more substantial position.
