The market's at an interesting point. S+P back up to the middle of the trading range from last week (more or less), VXX fallen back to close the gap from yesterday.

So do we bust higher on the S+P and crash the VXX or will the market base here and digest the strong move from yesterday morning? I think with the sell off we saw over the past 10 days, that the bounce should either hold or go higher but it's tough to tell if some of this isn't just short covering and first of the month mutual fund buying.
