It's actually smarter than it appears. Back to the normal way of funding Govt. No Omnibus spending bills. One dept at a time. That means every dept gets funded except the Health and Human Services, the Welfare State on Steroids. Yep. All the bills are clean with no attachment to Oripoffcare. Send them up. Obama is a liar if he thinks anybody believes he will veto clean spending bills.
