He still has 386,515 shares 12/8 PECKHAM JACK,V.P.,SELLS 40,000 FROM 11/12/97-11/26/97 OF ATMEL C - sold 40,000 shares @$22.23 ~ 23.19. His holdings to 256,039 shares 12/8 CHELLAM KRIS,C.F.O.,SELLS 5,000 ON 11/13/97 OF ATMEL CORPORATION - sold 5,000 shares @$23.19. His holdings to 126,345 shares. Why did Kris sell 5,000 ?
