I suspect we are only learning of logistical problems as the system is stood up. Software problems are solvable. The biggest problem I want to see worked out is with the Docs. If I understand it right, there is a reduction in charges, there is built in delay of payment, and with a waver on patient identification, Docs may not get paid at all when forced to treat patients who are irresponsible. It has to work for the Doctors or it doesn't work for anyone.

Standing up Obama Care may be a hollow victory if there are not enough docs to provide services. Supposedly 45% of Docs said they would consider leaving their practice. I doubt that many would but if we are increasing the patient population without increasing the number of Doctors, we are bust. Stay healthy as long as you can.
