Did you happen to read the press release relating to the exchange of the Series A Preferred Stock held by Everbright for a restricted form of common stock? I thought this bode very well for the individual shareholders, as it keeps the effect of the exchange from being dilutive for quite some time. Could it be that CHRB's mgmt. finally is getting it, that dilution was alienating their shareholders? I think that it's a distinct possibility. - Khris
