Nasdaqs Board meeting today to vote on whether to drop 3,400 stocks from the OTC Bulletin Board,This in a bid to distance it's self from Wall Street's most speculative firms.
Board member's propose that companies get kicked out If they don't file finanical statements to the SEC,Banking or Insurance regulators,according to people familar with the proposal.
Finally the proposal would require every investor to get a disclosure statement that would spell outthe differance bulletin board and and other markets,in terms of liquidity, standards and marketmaker obligations.

Looks like Santa ain't the only one who knows who's naughty or nice.
