They need to get beyond that, except for the Secret Service. Shut down means shut down. If baggers get hurt, or if bagger property suffers the effects of non-protection, so be it. Baby's gotta burn his hand B4 he understands "Hot!!" What kind of shutdown is it when air traffic controllers show up for work? Let the private sector do the job.
