Newstrike Resources (NR-V) plans unit private placement - Please keep my head above water. Oct 2, 2013 - News Release Newstrike Resources Ltd. proposes to complete a non-brokered private placement, pursuant to which it will issue a minimum of three million and a maximum of five million units at a price of 6.5 cents per unit to raise total gross proceeds of a minimum of $195,000 and a maximum of $325,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant of Newstrike, with each share purchase warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share of Newstrike for a period of 24 months at an exercise price of 10 cents per share. Insiders of Newstrike are expected to subscribe for up to 1.5 million units in the offering.The private placement remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. We seek Safe Harbor
