I agree with it all except for the Central Bank which is the ultimate bad bank. The evil ones aren't the Federal Reserve itself which is just the bad insolvent bank puppet by design, it's the puppetmasters who are the U.S. Treasury and Commercial Banks who offload all their worthless paper, e.g. bonds, bills, notes, mortgage backed securities, bank bonds and so forth on the Federal Reserve in exchange for cash which they then use to pay immediate bills and to buy real assets with immediately.
