If it does turn out to be true that someone is going to acquire LVLT, all other assumptions are thrown out the window. And it is interesting, as some people have pointed out, that LVLT is cleaning up its balance sheets, bettering the debt rates, bringing in new leadership, cutting labor costs, as if preparing to be sold.
