Analyst interviewed on CNBC said the volitility in drillers was due to fluctuations in oil prices, but said since drilling is not really affected by oil prices the recent correction and volitility was caused more by emotion than fact. He did say he thinks the drilling sector will not be the leader in 98 that it has been this year.
