Call me a skeptic but guns don't just fire without pulling a trigger with the safety off and being pointed in the direction of the target. No witnesses? Legal owner? No holster? Sounds like a gangsta deal. I notice the article didn't get into the character of the shooter at all, which means it was obviously not a white legal gun owner.
