I'm not a lawyer, but I believe that you may open yourself up to some liability in denying someone who has quite openly disclosed that he is a broker (btw, I am not involved in the Securities Industry in anyway.. :0) from voicing his opinion. I have never seen Mike Kugler suggest that anyone buy or sell this stock. I haven't either.

Seems to me you are attempting to deprive him of his 1st amendment rights by applying undue pressure upon his employer and governmental agencies.

hmmm.... I thought the net was for the purpose of encouraging free debate and discussion. In the battle of ideas, the winners are those with the best information and understanding. Information is ammunition.

Basically, you can tear apart almost any company, especially micro-caps and find things that look "fishy" from both a shareholder's and a regulator's point of view. The Nays have every right to express themselves as the Yeas.

And the Nays haven't said or done anything that hasn't been done by the Yeas. Ohhh... $10 million on Friday, and the press release on Monday...

Quell those dissenting opinions out there, RileyG, so you can charge on with the short squeeze and leave some innocent holding the bag while you're in distribution. When, and if, you get your $10 million, you will have your short squeeze. Why not just wait until it happens and quit trying to preannounce it?? Surprise makes a much better weapon.
