They are right, most of the time, the r-splits are done for the purpose they claim... however, sometimes, in rare situations, some company will do it to raise the price of the stock in order to get admitted into a higher market, like the NASDAQ small caps, etc... In this particular case, I think, IMO, this stock is not going anywhere but down since they just don't have anything going on... that I know of... what's there to make them worth anything...? Do they have cash or any assets... there are over 13 mlln shrs outstanding, at 0.06, this company has a market value of less than $1 mlln... do they have anyrhing to support this value...? See ya...
