Hey Marc,
Just back in from the frozen north. So, that little 37% gain got your interest did it? Some good volume. It'll be interesting to see if it continues today. I've no idea why the big change though.

Re filing, I certainly hope so and would expect so. I certainly try to avoid companies that don't file SEC reports - with CYGS plans to migrate to better exchange, they must be ready to step up.
