Baron: This filing appears to say that you were to receive $20,000 per month beginning July 1, 1997 for your services. Further, it appears to state in an amendment to the agreement that Oilex was unable to pay you in cash for your services. As a result, it appears that you were issued 800,000 shares for your services. Could you confirm that the above is correct? Offie
