Netco (NEI-V) completes $400,000 private placement Oct 3rd 2013 - News Release Netco Inc has completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing of eight million units at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of $400,000. Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant. One warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one additional share of the company at a price of 10 cents for a period of two years after closing of the financing. Insiders of the company purchased an aggregate of 2.6 million units.The proceeds of the financing will be used to pursue other business opportunities and for general working capital. The securities issued in connection with the closing of the financing are subject to a restricted period that expires on Feb. 4, 2014.
