By "fullness" I mean truly partaking of the Divine nature of God--overcoming the world.

St. Peter tells us in 2Pet.1 :
"to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
[2] Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
[3] According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
[4] Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

By 'not being conformed to the world but by being transformed by the renewing of our minds....casting down all imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and bringing us into CAPTIVITY to the Lord Christ Jesus.

To achieve this we need to access everything that Christ has provided for us through the Church that He created. The first thing that Jesus gave us through the Church was the Holy Spirit---first at pentecost and then by the laying on of hands of Apostles. Then He gave us through the Church the Holy word of God--New Testament scriptures---we already had the Old. Then He gave us Holy Communion and Holy Confession etc etc
