BAY took 2 years to get their act together. After practically never missing a quarter CS missed the last 3 in a row. Companies like C$CO or DELL or MSFT seem to always have their act together. That's why they deserve a premium. If I decide to cover here soon it won't be because I think COMS is a good buy. It will be because COMS is in such trouble that management might feel the need to sell out. (And I'm sure they will convince someone to pay a nice price).
