Thanks much Bagel!
I had totally forgotten about the TSRX buyout by Cubist. Although the buyout price was $13.50, TSRX holders also got CVRs which aren’t traded. So I decided to use the final 9/11 closing price of $13.63 as my reallocation basis, as well as the 9/11 closing prices of the other portfolio holdings.
Using $13.63 and the 9/11 date, your portfolio shows an additional gain of $4,115.81, mostly as you noted from SRPT. So your portfolio YTD total gain is now $70,588.
Five other portfolios also held TSRX: BLADE (5%), DONS (10%), DOUGH (20%), NP1986 (15%), TWONE (10%).
I plan to do the reallocation for the above portfolios prior to next Friday’s update. And, given the increase in biotech stock prices since 9/11, those contest portfolios will show even greater gains than their boffo pre-allocation numbers.
As usual, all corrections are greatly appreciated.
Peace & good health,
Bulba
