Janice,
Let's try and fix that nasty Nestcape Mail problem, shall we?

From the main menu bar, select "Options", "Mail and News Preferences", "Easter Eggs", "Bundespostwissenschaftdrecklichkeit". Then, in the resulting push-up list box, enter the name of your POP3 Mail Carrier, while holding down the Ctrl, Alt and Ygrt keys. Right-click on the big tongue, then dismiss this dialog box with a haughty request for more towels. Open up the case of your PC (our records indicate you have a LLED HeavyWait 5000 Pro, good choice), change the IRQ jumper on the DIMSUM board (should be three to the left of LPT1) to "IEFBR14", and reboot your machine. Then rename the EXCIMER.DLL file in the WINDOWS\ SYSTEM\CHUMBAWAMBA directory to "BLAIR", and you're all set. Thank you for calling FBN tech support and have a great day.

Kevin
