Meta, when you take money from one group and give it to another group it IS a wealth transfer. If republicans said the sky is blue, sometimes, it wouldn't behoove us to argue it's red all the time, just because we don't want to agree with the republicans. Means testing makes sense because it does not make sense to take money from the young and transfer it to rich seniors- right?
