<<Bhumbo is already here- Mohan- Let the markets do the talking, >> Ike, in mid November (at the height of Naz sell-off) when I was talking about a rebound, folks mistook me for capitulating. But, to be honest, I didn't expect to see 8100 again. Congratulations on your excellent call. As with the markets talking, you should know better than that. Nikkei talked at 39,000 and so did the SE Asian market in spring and early summer. Enough said.
<<we have had enough of gloom of doom.>>
I don't think we have seen anything yet. It ain't over, Ike. Hold on to your "declaration of victiry." -g-
<<if you care to read Rubins statement amidst this crisis it was few words and the words were 'Fundamentals of US economy remanin firm'. >> Frankly, in the order of credibility I place the Politicians dead last and Wall Street analysts are somewhere down there too.
As with market fundamentals, you are confusing technical rebound to fundamental strength. The insane valuation of AOL, a money losing less than dishonest company, is about half of the IMF bailout money for Indonesia. Again, enough said. -g- -Mohan |
