Thank you. Didn't know these laws. However in a job change situation such as mine, I would have to pay the high COBRA premium. But I presume under Obamacare I would not be required to do so since my new insurer (the new employer) will not be able to discriminate against a pre-existing condition. After all this is a birth of a child which we all want including those who oppose abortion.

So we need to sit back and think about such paradoxes in our society.
