.....finally got to see some health plans today......it will take some time sorting thru things.....what is now obvious is that I had what was a top of the line "Platinum" level plan thru the NY Bridge Plan for people with pre-conditions. I paid (major details) $421/month with $ZERO deductibles......$500 co-pay per hospital visit, $100 co-pay per ER visit (waived if admitted), $20 co-pay per doctor visit, very low co-pay on drugs. I doubt even the most expensive plan will equal that.......even getting close will probably cost more than $650/month.
Now, I can manipulate my earnings by postponing taking SS, postponing liquidating my IRA, selling my dividend bearing stock and limiting my stock option sales. If I do all, I can limit my income greatly....in which case I should be eligible for a large subsidy. If I maximize income, I'll get no subsidy at all.......my guess is I'll limit income to maybe $25K and let 3-4 young libtards pay for my big subsidy. ........anything I can do to collapse this mess as soon as possible. Of course, if the libtards don't sign up, it will collapse even sooner.
