Not a bad idea, if you adjust for inflation. 99% on the second billion sounds about right.
If I'm a fascist, I guess I'm gonna have to revise my opinion that dawg shit on shoes is preferable to the Koch Bros. Gonna take some work. I hate to admit it, but it might be a bridge too far.
