Its time to take out the weak hands who over bought(short interest goes up) upto $1720 in the next two weeks. Market makers who does not have inventory pull back when volume goes up. Many good companies got destroyed in the past. General Electric was over bought. Over sold gets nice moves, when market makers do not want to bid. Ask nice moves get over bought.. So, Zacks got people to over bought and pull back may scare away buyers who got locked in...
