Perhaps Bob's greatest contribution will be to hound the Clinton/Gore contingency into taking responsibility at the Federal level and shaking them out of their hibernation. It ain't looking good folks, even at the Pentagon. Al's political advisors reportedly have advised him to avoid this issue like the plague that Cheryl says it is. Hey, no way in the world he -- nor this Administration and Congress -- are going to escape getting blamed. That's the nature of the Washington game. Economy goes well, president gets credit. Economy tanks, president gets blamed. It's the unwritten law of the land. Go get 'em Bob!
