Really? What's happened in the financial sector? What's happened to those who make most of their living off of the stock market?
If they want to pay themselves huge bonuses for whatever they do, that's their business.

Either way, that's a stupid reason to give transit workers lavish raises. "Because Wall Street does!" Same old libtarded jealousy.
